Can I rent a bin if I'm not a commercial/business customer?
Yes you can , anyone can rent a bin.
What services do you offer?
We provide professional waste collection services including household junk removal, garden waste disposal, commercial waste clearance, and general rubbish removal.
How do i get the best value for my money
By taking advantage of our special offers, £99 for a quarter van load (1.5 m³), £180 for a half van load (3 m³), £300 for a full van load (6 m³)( maximum weight of 1 tonne).
What areas do you cover?
We cover all of London.
Do you charge loading fees?
If you have bulky items that you cannot help us load, we charge an extra £20
How do I book a collection?
You can book online via our website, call us directly at 0208 187 1801, or send an enquiry through our contact form. Same-day collections are often available at no extra charge.
Do you charge extra for same day collections?
No we do not! Call us directly for urgent requests.
What types of waste do you collect?
We collect most types of non-hazardous waste including:
Household junk
Furniture and appliances
Garden waste
Office clearance waste
Builders’ waste (excluding asbestos)
Do you recycle the waste?
Yes! We are committed to responsible disposal. We recycle and repurpose as much waste as possible to minimize landfill use.
Will you help load the waste?
Absolutely! Our team provides a full-service collection from your front door, including loading the rubbish onto our vehicles—no heavy lifting required from you.
What happens after you collect my waste?
We transport your waste to licensed recycling and disposal centers. We follow all environmental guidelines to ensure responsible handling.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, Tip4Tat is fully licensed by the Environment Agency and insured for all waste collection services.
Do you provide waste transfer notes?
Yes, for commercial and regulated waste collections, we provide waste transfer notes to ensure legal compliance.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Of course. Please give us at much notice as you can to cancel/reschedule.
